We will make reasonable endeavors to ensure your goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order. In most cases we will dispatch your goods within 7 working days of order receipt; we will contact you if, for any reason, this is not possible. Delivery times may vary. Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you place your Order. In the case of non delivery, if either Mr Big Tops or our courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.

Standard Delivery is £9.95. Orders over £250 will qualify for free carriage.

We generally use UPS, a tracking number will be provided as soon as possible.
